Terms of service
Applies to work carried out by Total Home & Property Services (ABN 66 699 894 089).
Quotes
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote is based on the information and access available at the time. If the scope changes once work begins, we will contact you before proceeding with additional work.
Bookings and access
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot access the site, a call-out fee may apply.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If something we have completed fails due to our workmanship, contact us and we will make it right.
Licensed trades
Where a job requires a licensed trade such as electrical or plumbing work, that portion is carried out or supervised by an appropriately licensed contractor.
Payment
Invoices are issued on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Portfolio and strata clients may be invoiced on account.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booking so we can reallocate the time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
